When you drink a liquid form sugar, especially sugar containing drinks (excluding fruit juices) that tend to drink more that lead to taking too many calories. This will lead to eat resulting excess weight gain, insulin resistance and elevated triglycerides.

How should you eat your sugar?

The best you can do for yourself is to avoid sugary drinks because they contain too many calories you will quickly feel your stomach. Rather eat your sugar from whole, natural foods such as fruits, because when sugar is consumed fruits are also eating other nutrients such as fiber. Fiber absorption of sugar in the bloodstream will slow down, which prevents insulin nailing so that no excess fat stores.
