Most people know how to identify common foods high in sugar, but sugar can be found in the things we never imagined. Gum, cough syrup, mints, tomato sauce, ketchup, baked beans and lunch meats all contain a high amount of sugar. Sugar can be disguised as other words such as sucrose, dextrose, corn syrup, cane juice, sugar and honey. All these sources your ability to burn fat cramping.

Research shows that sugar should not be included in your daily diet. Glucose is compatible with the cancer cells, and a diet high in sugar can sponsor tumor growth. Sugar imbalances in your metabolism that cause spikes in blood sugar and metabolic disorder that leads to excess body fat. Our children suffer from the effects of the departure of sugar at very young ages. Eliminate sugar from your diet, and become easily one fat burning machine that knows no bounds.
