FitTeam Fit Product Review

Stick a FitTeam Fit is a proprietary blend of organic ingredients can be poured into water or mixed in a drink of your choice, so it is very easy to use anywhere.

The product is organic, non-GMO, gluten, lactose, soy-free, kosher, and vegetarian friendly. It contains some mixture of the following ingredients: green tea, L-theanine, Garcinia cambogia, cayenne pepper, 5-HTP, caffeine anhydrous, Citrus aurantium, grapefruit seed extract, blueberry powder, b-12, and niacin.

The benefits are announced that can help provide increased energy, increased fat loss, improved mental concentration, antioxidant benefits, improved mood, appetite control, control of blood glucose and improved fat metabolism.

If you read the above you may be aware that very few bits of information product really different from all the other products out there, in fact, everything sounds more or less the same.

For this review, I examine four main factors of what really makes the difference in a health supplement: uniqueness, ease of use of effects, efficacy and side.

Before I give an analysis of each of these factors on the basis of the research I did, both online and offline, I have to point out that I am in no way shape or form to give any medical advice legally qualified and that this opinion is just my opinion.

Oneness

We've all heard of "all natural" pitch again and again, as it is fast becoming a fad advertising. The all-natural words are undefined and could literally mean anything at this time.

When this product is unique it is that it's organic, Kosher and Vegan Friendly. Having just one of these qualities makes the product unique enough, but to have all three of those qualities in one product makes the product a premium.

Being free of soy, lactose, gluten and GMO is very common, so there are these most impressive details like that are almost the default setting for any supplement.

Ease of use

I used a lot of other supplements. Some are in pill, powder or drink form. Stick Fit is very high on my list for ease of use.

The packaging itself is very small, since it is not pre-mixed in a drink that can simply buy a bottle of water anywhere you go and mix a drink at any time with relative ease.

There are no pills to take and is not a complicated process. For ease of use I think this product overcomes many of the other products I have used.

Effectiveness

Let's be honest here, the product comes with a recommended eating plan that focuses on reducing carbohydrate and calorie restriction. Although metabolism known drive contains ingredients such as green tea and caffeine, the effectiveness of such natural ingredients themselves is minimal.

This is not a miracle cure, even if it burns an additional 10% of the calories you eat, it is not going to save big to eat as you just end up gaining more slowly or not lose weight.

However, almost all supplements recommend a calorie-restricted diet, so I can not play too many points off for effectiveness. Some of the customer feedback indicate that they have lost as much as 10 pounds in the first 5 days, some of which have verified personally, but I think these results can be achieved by many other supplements, and when combined with exercise and calorie reduction.

Side Effects

There really is no negative side effects are worth out of the ordinary, unless you have a medical condition or adverse reaction while taking this product.

The amount of caffeine per serving is about half of what is in a can of soda and niacin something in the product that has been known to cause the face to clean, but there is no truth in it that has any proven negative side effects.
