Drop 10 Pounds In 1 Week Without Pills - How to Lose Weight in One Week

How to lose weight in a week? There are many diet plans to help you lose a lot of weight in a week or so, but most of them make you starve or force you to use strange supplements. However, there are some steps that will help you lose about 10 pounds in just one week without starving. And they are:

1. Change your diet.

Drinking Water. At least 64 ounces of water is required one day. Water plays a very important role in weight loss progress as it cleanses the body of toxins daily.

Eating more frequently. Eat more often, but do not eat more food. Whenever we eat our TEF (Thermal Effect of Food) raises our metabolism, and burn more calories.

Eat Healthier Foods and cutting processes. If you really want to know how to lose weight in a week or so little time, you should load up on foods that are high in water and fiber, such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, dairy products and lean meats, and skip fasting food and restaurants and you may have the answer on how to lose weight in a week. Fortunately, foods like fruits and vegetables fill us faster without the calories.

2. Exercise.

Cardio.

Exercising should be a normal thing in your daily life, whether you want to lose weight or maintain a healthy weight.

Both cardio and strength training are important for maximum weight loss, however, more fat than cardio strength training burns. If you do not like running, swimming is fun and burning calories, there are many activities that count as a cardio workout that you may not realize it, here are some of them (the calories are burned in 30 minutes of each activity ):

Aerobic dance - 342
Boxing - 330
Jumping rope - 286
Tennis - 232
Basketball - 282
Swimming (freestyle) - 248

Keep moving.

Do cardio, strength training, and yoga (yoga burns 3.6 calories per minute, which is 180-360 calories while watching TV for an hour), and this is the way to lose weight in a week. To be honest, however, lose 10 pounds in seven days is quite hard and difficult, but possible, especially if you could ride a bike to work or school, or do household chores (like washing the car, taking care the garden, and rearranging the furniture), that would really help you achieve your goal.
