Fill your plate with vegetables

Having a generous portion of meat on your plate can make your mouth water, but what about a little cut and fill the empty space with green? Among vegetables, spinach is known as one of the richest in fiber, and, as you well know, fiber is what fights fat more efficiently.

Baked, not fried

Potatoes are a great source of fiber and are also very tasty with any meal. However, the fries are not as healthy as it is cooked with plenty of oil. If you are worried about losing weight, you should replace your fries with a much healthier alternative, baked potatoes are your choice. Mashed potatoes are also less rich in calories than potato chips.

Pure water instead of soda

Carbonated beverages are among the worst enemies you can have if you're trying to lose weight. Choose juices in place, and make sure no sugar or other sweeteners are added, since too many calories can add to the mix. Also, choose plain water instead of soda as often as possible, and you will see this choice can do wonders for your health and your weight.

The fruits are better than sweet

There are plenty of tasty fruits to eat instead of unhealthy sweets sold in all stores. Take natural sugar, eat lots of fruits they are also rich in fiber and water, so a much healthier for chocolate chips and other sweets processed alternative.
